Welcome to Angela Mims 360​!

If you have committed to toning up and losing weight then this workout is for you. You are in control of this workout and it doesn't require a full gym. We will run you through the ringer with some basic moves with free weights and good ole natural body weight exercises all the while you are getting your body in the best shape ever.
This program is designed to work the entire body even if you are just looking to tone-up. You won't get huge, and your body will look great. You will lose weight instead of gaining weight. You will readjust your body from fat to fabulous.
There is nothing better for you then to run your body through My Intense Workout Program of Circuits.  I will help you keep your body on edge and keep it growing. You will be able to burn 200 to 800 calories in our 30 minute to 60 minute workout. Feel good about your body. It will help define your natural curves and make you feel great.
